Visitor Centre Contents Move Out
On Wed 12th April 2017 Jamie & Gail, Philip, Greg, Julian, Mel, Helen, Lesley, Martin, Neil, Mary, Nigel and Willie had a long day from 9:00am to 5:00pm moving the community owned displays from the Visitor Centre Building. Thanks to the accommodation of the Highland Council and Angela from the Primary School, these stout volunteers moved the majority of the Visitor Centre contends including: the sea cliff & birds (not the base), the croft, base & surround, all the animals & bones, all the furniture, all the boxes of literature, the two relief maps, interpretive side panels and the table they were on, all panels, posters, photos, stacking chairs, lounge seats, tables, desks, shelving and anything of likely use in the future.
Items that may be of use for the Visit Scotland Tourist Information Point were moved to the Mission building.
